When using a toll free number from a pay phone a $0.65 per call
surcharge will apply. Service fees may apply.

A Semi monthly fee of $0.59 may apply.

Application of Surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing
total minutes actually received on the card from the minutes announced.

Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at higher rate.

Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and have no cash
redemption value.

Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. Call time is
deducted in three-minute increments.

Card expires 3 months after first use.
