TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  •     Please provide your correct email address for pin delivery.

  •     All new customers are subject to waiting period for verification purposes.

  •     Only verified and registered will get instant pins to email address.

  •     Any Phone Card has no Cash Value – None Refundable.

  •     Rates subject to change without any prior notice.

  •    Access  and customer service nos. can be available for each card on card detail     pages.

  •      All phone cards have additional fees to make a call from pay phones.

  •      Minutes are based on single call.

  •      All cards expire within   three months from first use.

  •      Phone card is not for Emergency purposes.

  •      USTEL1.COM / US TELEMANAGEMENT LLC is re-seller of the phone cards & wireless         recharge cards. USTEL1 has no control over the bad connection, disabled PINs or lost minutes.

  •    USTEL1 always recommends to customers to provide the specific PIN, access      number  calls origination and termination details which we send it to carrier to re-route calls.

  •      All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges.

  •      If any phone card you purchased has any problem call the customer service no.

  •      Call terminating at wireless receivers in countries may be charged a higher rate.

  •      Customer responsible for safeguarding the card against loss or stolen.

  •      All prepaid wireless coverage are subject to carrier's  terms & conditions.

  •      USTEL1 is not responsible for STI mobile phones & coverage.

  •       Please contact to STI mobile customer support at 1-800-784-3277 for any problems.

  •      Neither network provider nor distributor is responsible for lost or stolen cards.

  •      Calls time is deducted in three minutes increments to certain destinations.

  •      A semi monthly fee of $.59 may apply.

  •      USTEL1 reserves right to cancel any fraudulent orders.

  •     We always monitor and track transaction to avoid fraud on web site.

  •     If it requires we also inform to appropriate agency about fraudulent order.

  •     USTEL1 reserves right to change verified customer status to new customer     in  event of suspicious orders.

  •      Verification process can take up to 1-2 Business days for new customers.

  •     US TELEMANAGEMENT is not responsible for non receipt of PINs email. Always            check   spam/bulk email folders.

  •  Customer must notify USTEL1 with in 2 business days if they don't receives their PINs in to their Email.

  •     USTEL1 will not refund and will not   accept any charge backs for any non receipt of PINs in  email as USTEL1 has no control over the customer's email and customer's ISP.
